The Clarinda Lied Center is excited to offer a new group fitness class program. The new program is a partnership between Clarinda Regional Health Center, Iowa Western Community College, and the Lied Center.

Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before they may attend a class.

February 2012 Group Fitness Schedule!

Below are a few highlights of the Group Fitness Class Schedule.

  • Amanda is returning to the instructor team.

  • We will continue to offer Water Exercise classes at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Below is the instructor schedule for the 8:00 a.m. Water Exercise classes.

  • We have changed the class formats of the 6:00 a.m. Tuesday & Thursday morning classes. We will offer Arms & Core at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday mornings. Travis will be the instructor. We will offer Legs & Core at 6:00 am. on Thursday mornings. Jenn S. will be the instructor.

  • We will continue to offer rotating classes on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons. Please reference the schedule for class formats & instructors.

  • Amanda will be the instructor of the 5:30 p.m. Thursday Evening Water Exercise class.

  • The 10 Weeks - 10 Pounds - 10 Prizes Challenge began last Monday, January 23rd. The challenge will end Sunday, April 1st. Please make sure you sign the attendance sheet for each class you attend to get credit for attending class.

  • We are excited to offer you 31 fitness classes each week. Your support of the group fitness class program allows us to continue to help improve the health and wellbeing of our community.
